I recently went on a tour with Open company group and it was an average experience. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable, but there were certain aspects that could have been better. For example, the transportation arrangements were not very organized and there were some delays. Additionally, the itinerary felt rushed and we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy each destination. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
