⭐⭐⭐ I recently used the services of this company to walk my furry friend. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The dog walker assigned to us was friendly and punctual, but the level of communication was lacking. I would have appreciated more regular updates on how my dog was doing during the walk. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other similar services in the market. The company did meet my basic needs, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction.
