I recently had the opportunity to work with Ncob sistemas e consultoria and I must say, they are just average. The level of professionalism and expertise was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The team was responsive and delivered the project on time, but there were some minor issues along the way. Overall, I would rate them as average.
