What a disappointment! The recent trip organized by a travel company was a disaster. The website was not user-friendly and it was difficult to find information. The customer service was terrible, unhelpful, and unresponsive. The tour guides were unenthusiastic and lacked knowledge. The accommodations were subpar and not as advertised. The itinerary was poorly planned and we wasted a lot of time. I would never recommend this company.
