I started going to this gym a few weeks ago and I am really impressed with the quality of the workouts. The trainers are very professional and helpful, and the classes are challenging but enjoyable. The facility itself is clean and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend Fox Valley Fitness to anyone looking to get in shape.
