I had the chance to see an Opera for the Young performance last week, and while it had its moments, I felt that it lacked a certain wow factor. The singers were talented, but some parts of the production felt a bit underwhelming. However, I appreciate the effort put into introducing children to opera and making it more accessible. With some improvements, I believe this company has the potential to be truly exceptional.
