I recently booked a holiday through Bake Beaches Management and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and it seemed like they were just going through the motions. Overall, the trip was okay but not outstanding.
