I recently had a flight with a small aviation company based in Whitehorse, Yukon. The experience was quite average overall. The company website provided basic information about their services and gave an insight into their fleet. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff was moderately friendly. However, the flight itself lacked any notable amenities or extra services, which left me feeling somewhat disappointed. The aircraft was comfortable enough, but the entire experience did not exceed my expectations. The flight crew was professional, but nothing stood out to make this experience exceptional. In terms of punctuality, the flight departed and arrived on time, which was appreciated. While Alkan Air Ltd seemed to be a decent choice for a flight, I believe that there are other options available that could offer a more memorable experience.
