I recently decided to go on a diving trip and came across a local company that offered their services through their website. I must say, I was unimpressed with the overall experience. Although the website was easy to navigate and provided useful information, the actual customer service was lacking. The staff was not as attentive and enthusiastic as I had hoped. 🤷‍♂️Moreover, the dive equipment provided did the job but felt a bit outdated. 🤔 On the positive side, the dive instructor was knowledgeable and conducted a thorough safety briefing. However, the underwater experience itself was average at best. The dive sites were decent, but the limited variety left me wanting more. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. 😐 Though I didn't have a terrible time, there are definitely other diving companies out there that provide a more exceptional experience.
