I recently had some electrical work done by this company. I found their website easy to navigate and informative, but the responsiveness of their customer service could use improvement. 🤔 When the electrician arrived, the work was completed efficiently and professionally, but I felt the cost was a bit on the higher side for the service provided. The quality of the work was good, but I was expecting a more personalized approach. Overall, it was an average experience – nothing exceptional, but nothing particularly disappointing either. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but would hope for a more attentive and warm customer service experience. 😐
