Sinome is an average company. The customer service is decent and the products are of mediocre quality. I wouldn't say they are bad, but they are definitely not great. I have had some issues with their delivery service, as it was quite slow and the package arrived damaged. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services, but they have room for improvement.
