I had a mixed experience with Grande Forge Ukraine. While their products are of good quality, their customer service was lacking. Although I received my order on time, it was not properly packaged and some items were damaged. I contacted their customer support and it took them a while to respond. When they finally acknowledged the issue, they were unapologetic and lacked empathy. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
