I had a mixed experience with Fomplus. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others left a lot to be desired. The website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, which is a major plus. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and even then, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate Fomplus as average.
