I recently participated in a poetry workshop led by Insideout literary arts project, and it was an enriching experience. The facilitators were knowledgeable and created a welcoming and safe environment for creative expression. The workshop provided a space for self-reflection and allowed me to explore my emotions through poetry. Insideout is doing incredibly important work in empowering individuals through the arts. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend attending their workshops.
