I have been using Adaptive IT Solutions for quite some time now and I must say they are average in terms of their services. Their response time could be improved. The technicians are knowledgeable and have solved most of my technical issues. However, there have been occasions where they were unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Overall, their services are decent.
