I've recently made a purchase from an online store and I must say I was quite disappointed. The product I received was not as described, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. They did not offer any solutions or make an effort to address my concerns. It was a frustrating experience overall and I would not recommend shopping with Bona Drag.
