I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from their website. While the designs are stylish and the quality is decent, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. I had a few questions about sizing and delivery, but it took longer than expected to get a response. Additionally, the shipping time was a bit longer than I'm used to from other brands. On the positive side, the shoes are comfortable and well-made, and I've received compliments on the style. However, the overall experience was only average due to the communication and shipping issues. I would recommend the products for their design and quality, but hope to see improvements in customer service and delivery speed in the future.
