I recently purchased a battery from this company and have mixed feelings about their service. The product itself seems to be of decent quality, but the purchasing process was not as smooth as I would have liked. The website was a bit difficult to navigate, and the checkout process took longer than expected. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than what was initially promised. On the positive side, their customer service team was responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions about my order.
