I recently went on a trip with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of destinations to choose from. 😊 However, I felt that the communication could have been better. It took a while to get responses to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. 🤔 The itinerary was well-planned, but there were a few hiccups during the trip that could have been avoided with better organization. 🌍 The accommodations were decent, but nothing exceptional. 🏨 The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm which made the experience feel a bit lackluster. 😕 In terms of value for money, I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to similar companies. 💲 Overall, it was an okay trip, but there are definitely areas where improvements can be made. 👌
