I recently purchased windows from this company. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. It took longer than expected for them to respond to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer. The installation process was also a bit messy, and I had to clean up after the workers left. The quality of the windows is good, but I expected a more seamless experience with the overall service. I would rate my experience as average and hope to see improvement in the customer support and installation process in the future.
