I had an average experience at Hair by Karen. The stylist was friendly and the salon was clean, but the haircut itself was just okay. It didn't quite meet my expectations and I felt like something was missing. The staff was nice, but the overall experience was not as great as I had hoped for. I might give Hair by Karen another chance, but for now, I'm not completely satisfied.
