I had a mixed experience with Ring2travel. While the website was easy to use and the rates were decent, I encountered some issues with their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved promptly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
