I have been a customer of B.o.t.s. for a while now...

I have been a customer of B.o.t.s. for a while now and I must say their service is really average. The website is not user-friendly and it takes forever to find what you are looking for. The customer support is also not very helpful. Overall, I would say it's just an average experience.
