I recently bought a smartphone from an online store and the experience was subpar. The website was cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find the product I wanted. The product itself was average, nothing special. The delivery took longer than expected, and the customer service was not helpful when I reached out with questions. I wouldn't recommend this online store to others.
