As a customer of this engagement agency, I found the services to be just average. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, but the overall engagement experience fell short of my expectations. While the concepts presented were creative, the execution lacked the level of attention to detail that I was hoping for. Additionally, the communication with the team was not as responsive as I would have liked, leading to some delays in the planning process. However, I do appreciate the efforts made by the team, and I believe there is potential for improvement.
