I recently bought ceramic tiles from a company and I am satisfied with the quality and design options. The tiles are perfect for my kitchen renovation. However, the customer service could have been more responsive. I had to wait a while for their replies and they weren't very helpful. Overall, I am happy with the products, but the customer service could be improved.
