I recently had the opportunity to visit the orthopedic specialists in Dallas and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided me with the necessary information about the services offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable during my visit.

However, I did find that the wait time was slightly longer than expected. Although I understand that healthcare providers can be busy, it would have been nice to be informed about the delay beforehand. Additionally, the facility could benefit from some modernization, as it felt a bit outdated.

Nonetheless, the doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I left satisfied with the treatment I received. While my experience was not exceptional, it was certainly not negative either. Overall, I would rate my visit as average.
