I have been using Pool Pack S.r.l. for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The products they offer are good, but I have encountered some issues with their customer support. The response time is quite slow and sometimes I have to wait for days to get a resolution. However, once the issue is resolved, the products work great. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
