I recently used Usx - Us Expeditions & Exploration for a trip to the mountains and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but I expected more from such a reputable company. The guides were knowledgeable, but the overall organization of the trip was lacking. I felt like we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy each location. I hope they improve their services in the future.
