As a customer, I have had an average experience with this modeling agency. 👌 Their website is easy to navigate and showcases a variety of talent. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. 😐 It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the communication was not as professional as I had hoped. The selection process was also quite competitive, which made it challenging to get noticed. On a positive note, once I was accepted into their roster, the photo shoots were well-organized and the photographers were skilled. 📸 However, I felt that there could have been more guidance and support from the agency throughout my modeling journey. Overall, this agency has potential, but there are areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience. 💁‍♀️
