I recently used this towing company and overall, my experience was 🤔. The company's website was easy to navigate, which made it convenient to schedule a tow online. However, the actual service was just average. The wait time for the tow truck to arrive was longer than expected, and when it finally did, the driver seemed a bit unprofessional. They did manage to get my car towed safely, but the customer service could have been better. 🙄 I also found the prices to be a bit higher compared to other towing companies in the area. Nevertheless, the job got done, so I would consider using them again in the future if I'm in a bind. Overall, an average experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. 😐🚗
