I recently visited a restaurant in Bordeaux called Insol'eat and had a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bordeaux. It's a hidden gem with amazing food and great ambiance.
