My experience with DMI Distribution was a mixed bag. While the quality of their products was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and they weren't very helpful in resolving the issue I had with my order. However, I must say that the delivery was prompt and the packaging was satisfactory.
