I have been a customer of Multiple special steel pvt ltd. for several years now, and I must say that their products and services are of average quality. The steel they provide is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service is also just alright. I have faced a few hiccups with deliveries and had to follow up multiple times to get things sorted. Overall, I would rate them as average.
