I had a mixed experience with the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. While the staff was generally helpful, I found the rates offered to be slightly higher than expected. The mortgage process was smooth, but there were a few instances of miscommunication that caused delays. Overall, it was an average experience, but I would have liked better rates and improved communication.
