I recently used a towing service from btstowing.com.au and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate, and the online booking process was convenient. The response time was fairly prompt, and the tow truck arrived within the estimated timeframe. The driver was professional and handled my vehicle with care during loading and transportation. However, I was not completely satisfied with the communication from the company. There was a lack of updates regarding the estimated arrival time of the tow truck, which left me waiting longer than expected. Additionally, the customer service could have been more proactive in providing information and addressing any concerns I had. For an average towing service, btstowing.com.au did an acceptable job, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer support.
