I recently hired a maintenance company, and I must say that my experience with jcmaintenance.org was decent. 👍 Their website was user-friendly, making it easy for me to find the information I needed. The booking process was smooth, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. 😊 The technicians arrived on time and were polite and professional. They completed the job satisfactorily, but there were a few small issues that needed follow-up attention. However, the company promptly addressed those concerns and ensured that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Overall, I would rate their service as average. While it wasn't exceptional, it was reasonably priced and provided the necessary maintenance I required. I would consider hiring them again in the future.
