I recently used an online platform for real estate called Idealestate.co and it was an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of properties to choose from. I was able to filter my searches efficiently and found the property description and images to be helpful. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. I had some questions regarding a property and it took a while to get a response from their team. Additionally, some of the property listings seemed to be outdated or no longer available, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, I did find a suitable property through the platform, but the overall experience could have been improved with better customer support and updated listings.
