I absolutely love Aum Yoga Therapy! The instructors are amazing, and their passion for yoga is contagious. The studio has a very calming atmosphere, and I always feel so relaxed after each class. The variety of classes offered caters to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I especially enjoy the prenatal yoga classes, they have been incredibly helpful during my pregnancy journey. I can't recommend Aum Yoga Therapy enough!
