I've been a member of Academia formula do corpo for a while now and I must say, it's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean and well-equipped. The variety of classes offered keeps me motivated and the atmosphere is always positive. Highly recommend this gym!
