During my recent stay, I was highly disappointed with the service at the hotel. The staff members were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in assisting the guests. Additionally, the room was not up to par and lacked basic amenities. I expected more from a hotel with good reviews. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Prohotel.
