I have mixed feelings about Novasic sa. Although the website is easy to navigate and their customer support team is responsive, I have had some issues with their products. The quality is not always consistent and some of the items I received were defective. However, they promptly replaced those items and offered good compensation. Overall, I would say Novasic sa is a reliable company, but they could improve their product quality.
