I recently purchased a product from Celton ltd and overall, my experience was average. The company's website was decently informative and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary details about their products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries, and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Additionally, the shipping process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected for my product to arrive. The product itself was of average quality, nothing outstanding but also not disappointing. The pricing was fair for what I received. Although my experience with Celton ltd was not exceptional, it was also not terrible. I appreciate the average experience but I believe there is still room for improvement in areas like customer service and shipping.
