My experience with Gerestu sdn bhd was okay. The website gerestu.com was easy to navigate and I found the products I was looking for. However, the customer service could have been better. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and I felt like they weren't very attentive. The products I received were decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, an average experience.
