I attended a class at specialyoga.org.uk, and I must say it was below my expectations. The instructors were not very engaging, and I didn't feel a sense of connection or inspiration during the class. There was some room for improvement in terms of the pace and structure of the session. However, I appreciate the effort to provide special needs support. Overall, I would recommend exploring other options before committing to Special Yoga.
