My experience with Quandarymat.com was a bit disappointing. The product I received was faulty, and it took a long time to get a replacement. The customer service team was not very helpful initially, but they eventually resolved the issue. While I appreciate their effort in fixing the problem, the overall experience was not satisfactory.
