As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Pt. chesna has been average. The company website chesna.co.id was easy to navigate and had a good user interface. The customer service was prompt in responding to my queries. However, the delivery of the product was delayed, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate Pt. chesna as average.
