The hot yoga classes at sumitshotyogafw.com are great! The instructors are knowledgeable and the flow of the class is well-balanced. I really enjoyed the challenging poses and the heat in the room helps with flexibility. However, I felt that the room temperature could have been slightly lower as it was too hot for my liking. Nonetheless, it was a good experience overall.
