I recently worked with a web design and marketing company, and my experience was quite average. The design team was responsive and made efforts to understand my vision. However, I found the overall project management to be somewhat lacking, with miscommunications and delays. The website they created looked professional, but I encountered some technical issues after the launch that took longer than expected to resolve. In terms of marketing, the strategies provided were somewhat generic and didn't feel entirely tailored to my business. Overall, the experience was okay, but there were some areas that could have been improved to enhance the overall customer satisfaction.
