Urban Design provided me with an average experience. Their services were just satisfactory. The designers lacked creativity and failed to bring my vision to life. The final design didn't meet my expectations. I had to provide constant guidance and suggestions throughout the project. The customer service was not very responsive and it took a long time to resolve any issues.
